A contractor handles construction. D&C Group handles everything: design, permitting, construction, and project management under one contact with three named specialists. We are currently serving luxury residential clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade.

This is one of our core differentiators. Jane Snell-Simpson has 16 years of Florida code compliance experience and manages the full ADU permitting workflow - from zoning research through certificate of occupancy.

Both and more. We are a collective of three firms. Two of our principals hold active Florida General Contractor licenses. Sandra, a licensed Florida Interior Designer, leads our design team. Together, the group covers design, construction, and regulatory compliance as one integrated group.

Our projects focus on residential properties valued above $800K. Engagement scope ranges from design consultations and space planning to full design-build renovations and custom modular ADU construction. Every project is scoped individually.
