D&C Group did not start as a business plan. It started as a shared frustration. Sandra, Alexsandra, and Jane each built successful practices in Florida's luxury residential market independently over decades. And each one saw the same pattern: talented professionals working in silos, clients caught between disconnected vendors, and a construction culture where poor communication was treated as normal.
They decided to build something different. Three firms, each with its own name and reputation on the line, working as one team under a shared commitment: professional etiquette, transparent budgets, and a finished project that honors the client's trust.

Whether orchestrating projects on her home turf from concept to completion with handpicked local experts, or delivering detailed remote designs across Latin America, the Middle East and Canada, Sandra ensures every space defies the test of time.

With over 15 years of construction and design expertise, Alexsandra specializes in sophisticated interiors, custom cabinetry, kitchens and bathrooms. Operating from her Pompano Beach showroom, she manages projects across Broward and Palm Beach counties with a dedicated team of master craftsmen. A former teacher, Alexsandra blends a passion for teamwork with meticulous organization to simplify complex builds, turning the renovation process into an exciting, transparent and masterfully executed experience.
